Our system automatically obtains 5yrs of employment verification and stores these permanently (while the candidate maintains a profile). (ii) Detect "fraudulent landlord references". (ii) Optional: LetFaster checks the Land Registry and Title Deeds and requires the current Landlord to scan ID to ensure the Landlord reference is genuine. Suppose John Smith has title deed. The tenant could show the last tenancy agreement with John Smith as landlord but create a new, fake John Smith e-mail to cover up problems in the tenancy. Current Landlord IDs are verified then deleted instantly.
